HEALING BEGINS HERE
THERAPY IN BILLINGS, MT
My Approach
Mikayla Sanchez, MS, PCLC
My practice rooted in the belief that healing happens in safe, connected relationships. I believe many of the struggles we face in the present, like anxiety, self-doubt, or feeling stuck in certain patterns, are often rooted in out-of-balance relationships and unmet emotional needs.
In our work together, I create a warm, supportive space where we can explore these deeper layers to your mental health with curiosity and care. My approach focuses on building greater self-awareness, strengthening your sense of self, and helping you experience more fulfilling connections. You are deserving of healing, growth, and the chance to step into a more authentic version of yourself.
I am a pre-licensed counselor, under the amazing supervision of Darby Compton, LCPC, NCC. Learn more about Darby and her practice here.

The Therapy Process
The first step is reaching out. Please fill out the contact form and we can schedule a free 15 minute consultation call to understand how I can best support you.
You choose what works for you:
In-person sessions at my office or secure virtual therapy from the comfort of your own space.
Getting Started
In our first session, we’ll take time to explore what’s bringing you to therapy and begin getting to know each other.
I’ll ask about your history, current challenges, and goals, but there’s no pressure to share everything right away.
This is a space where you can move at your own pace, and where feeling safe and understood is always the priority.
Your First Session
Therapy can either be long-term or short-term depending on your needs and goals. Some clients come for a specific issue, while others stay longer to explore deeper patterns or past wounds.
As we continue, we’ll check in about your progress and make adjustments together so that therapy remains supportive and meaningful.
